He was spot on and helped me get rid of my severe pain overnight! No one has been able to do that for me. I had been suffering with pain in my second pregnancy and even though I had sought treatment from an osteopath, I felt I needed a therapeutic touch to enable my nervous system to calm down & re-establish itself.
I booked into Vital Body with the wonderful Neuromuscular Therapist Mandy and felt at ease as soon as I walked in the door.
She took into account my comfort, both on and off of the massage table and being 35 weeks pregnant & the pain I had been suffering; this was hugely important to me.
I would highly recommend Mandy to anyone I know, whether pregnant or not as she really does have the magic touch and is so caring towards her clients, as well as very knowledgeable to what areas needed working on.
My pain was lifted after that session & with some ongoing exercises/stretches given to me, I am confident that I will continue my last few weeks of this pregnancy in a comfortable state.

Last year I was looking for a practitioner of neuro-muscular therapy to help alleviate a shoulder strain injury, and to get some relief from migraines that were increasing in frequency and severity.

I first met Mandy Crawford in late 2010 when I went to have Lymphatic drainage massage after having surgery for cancer. During that time I was also experiencing pain and numbness in both my legs and feet, she greatly helped to ease these symptoms.
An MRI showed I had two collapsed discs and a spinal stenosis. Both very serious back problems. The few months before my surgery I was finding it more and more difficult to walk for long distances, so the relief Mandy gave me was amazing. She helped prepare me for my surgery and my recovery. Mandy continues to treat me today. I have always found Mandy to be very professional, caring and supportive.
