Mandy Crawford

Registered Osteopath & ACC Provider | Lecturer | Exec Sports Medicine NZ

My involvement in physical therapy spans years. Originally, I qualified with a Bachelor of Neuromuscular Therapy and Diplomas in Therapeutic & Sports Massage. My clients have included the NZ Warriors and both the English & Argentinean Rugby World Cup teams.

I am an osteopathic representative for Sport Medicine NZ, working with a team of inspirational people to develop best practice.

My passion for continuing education straddles both sides of the equation. I continued to complete my Masters of Osteopathy after a further five years of study, while dividing my time between our busy practice and teaching massage at AUT. These days, I continue to teach massage therapy while working as Vital Body’s own in-house Osteopath in Auckland.

It’s fair to say that there are very few similarly qualified professionals around – with me, you are truly in expert hands. Part of what makes me exceptional is my passion for sharing my knowledge. As a patient, you will come to understand more about how and why your body works the way it does (in easily understood terms) and more about what you can do to help yourself.

Whether you have a new pain or injury or a niggling longer-term problem, a session with me is the best place to start.

I am a preferred Southern Cross provider. Please let me know if you require a full receipt for treatment claims.

I am available Monday – Friday.

Matthew Wain

Registered Osteopath & ACC Provider

My belief in the importance of achieving functional wellness drove me to complete my Masters in Osteopathy. I utilize my wide range of osteopathic skills to assess, diagnose, and treat the body to achieve structural alignment and balance. I find that the most effective method of treatment is determined by understanding the body’s function and physiology behind a patient’s condition. I enjoy helping patients understand how their body is affected by strain and injury and, with individually tailored treatments, working with them to achieve great results.

I also enjoy the outdoors and am passionate about keeping fit and encouraging others to be active.

I am a preferred Southern Cross provider. Please let me know if you require a full receipt for a treatment claim.

I am available Tuesday to Saturday.

Kate Ramage

Registered Osteopath & ACC Provider

After graduating with my Master of Osteopathy from Melbourne’s RMIT University in 2011, I practiced in Australia and Europe before returning to New Zealand in 2015.

I am recognized for my dedication to providing individualized treatment to every patient I see, from school children, athletes, and weekend warriors with sporting injuries, to manual workers and older people who are trying to maintain strength and youthful energy for as long as possible.

Before studying osteopathy, I completed a neuroscience degree at Otago University and played hockey at a regional level around New Zealand. Still very sporty, I compete in distance running and enjoy sailing and beach cricket.

I am a preferred Southern Cross provider. Please let me know if you require a full receipt for a treatment claim.

I help the team at Vital Body by looking after all the paperwork behind the scenes and keeping things organized so that the team can spend more time on giving you the best care possible!

Outside of this, I have my own business as a Virtual Assistant, where I work for a few small local businesses, and I have two young kids who keep me on my toes!
