80% of the foods found in our supermarket now have added sugar and perhaps most sobering, sadly in America we are starting to observe the 1st generation of children expected not to outlive their parents.
Reducing and eliminating your intake is not easy, BUT IT IS POSSIBLE. If you are eating the right foods, your cravings for sugar will reduce naturally too, helping you on your journey. Take one meal at a time, starting with saying no thank you to that cookie.
