Have a go at doing it while you read this article. Notice how your lower back is immediately straight and your mid back follows. Try and slouch in your chair now and gravity will make you fall forward out of your chair – it’s impossible to slouch. Awesome aye! I don’t expect you to sit like this all day, but every now and then during the day, have a go for a few minutes. It’s a very restful position for your body.
