Following on from last month’s tips on Winter Wellness, we thought we’d add a couple more of our favourite tips on how to stay well:

Clear The Air

Grab a bottle of eucalyptus oil (cheap and cheerful from the supermarket), or good old Vicks – add some to a bowl of boiling water (out of reach of children) and let it permeate into the air. This is great to keeping rooms bug free!

Natures Magic

Nature is amazing how it provides us with exactly what we need each season. Lemon season is here and we love them! Warm water and lemon juice in the morning not only kick starts your metabolism but boosts your Vitamin C needed for fighting off colds and soothes any niggle throats. Delish!
