Here is a simple and super effective stretch for the muscles in the front (or anterior) part of the neck to help you establish better office posture and ease those aches and pains. These muscles arise from your chest region and join into the base of your jaw and skull. Stretching this area can help ease jaw pain and encourage a more neutral position of the neck.
