Friday's Food Fix - Pesto Shrimp 'Fettuccine'

I love this recipe because it's quick, easy and good for leftovers the next day. Here's how I do it:

Pesto:

1/2 cup of nuts (I like cashew, pinenut or macadamia)
1/2 olive oil
Bunch of basil or parsley
Crushed garlic clove (optional)
Sprinkle of grated parmigiana cheese (optional)
